In order to send material for repair, you must first complete the RMA Form in its entirety and send it to service@mitan.info.
Authorization number and instructions for the return of the material will follow.
ATTENTION: the material sent without authorization will be rejected.

Instructions for sending material in for repair:

  • download the RMA form
  • complete the form in its entirety and send it to service@mitan.info
  • wait for authorization to return the material
  • place the RMA form received with the authorization in the package
  • write the authorization number received on the outside of the package
  • ship to: Emme Esse S.p.A. via Moretto, 46 – 25025 Manerbio (BS)
